The Andamans have always been land of interest with food, commencing from the days of Marco Polo’s explorations to ships being forced to seek safe harbor and barbecue in the Andaman’s.

Then came the era of the Andamans being converted into one of the most remote penal colonies by the British, thereby bringing to the island various food influences from different parts of India and the world.  Today we serve a group of flavours – distinct to varying food cultures.
